The Beach Suite at Home By The Sea is located on Whidbey Island in the northern part of Puget Sound and northwestern Washington State. Our year-round Beach Suite is 15 minutes from the Mukilteo/Clinton ferry, 10 minutes from the seaside destination town of Langley.
Langley offers not only terrific views of the Cascade Mountain range and Saratoga passage; it has many boutiques, small shops, an Historical Museum, fine dining, and a theater which features current films and notable local productions. The majority of buildings are turn-of-the-century, and merchants provide not only unique items, but the kind of friendly service found only in a small town.
Choochokam, the annual arts and crafts fair, is held the weekend closest to the 4th of July. August brings the "down home, old fashioned" County Fair. In fall the island Arts Council puts on an evening of fun and entertainment with their annual Harvest Moon Ball Benefit. And, why not avoid the maddening crowds of the city during your holiday season and shop in historic Langley for that special gift. Or simply curl up and relax and watch a spectacular winter storm.
Round out the chills of winter with Langley's mystery weekend and its store-to-store clues...come and experience our spring Island style...daffodils and tulips poling through our gardens and grey whales frolicking in front of our beach...take a pause from the hurried world.
